一万年太久，只争朝夕。时间不等人，不超越时间的人将被历史淘汰。拿破仑说过：不想当元帅的士兵不是好士兵。我要说不想干出一番事业的职员也不是好职员，我要与风赛跑，我相信实力与魅力征服一切，但我更希望能在最年轻、最有能力、最有挑战意识的时间里培养、体现自我价值，成长为能吃苦，能战斗的英才。因为年轻，所以我要有干劲和信心；因为年轻，我也有缺点和不足。但我愿在新的环境中与其他同事共同学习、共同进步、共同创造企业财富。
