在学习知识这段时间里，我更与老师建立了浓厚的师生情谊。

老师们的谆谆教导，使我体会了学习的乐趣。

我与身边许多同学，也建立了良好的学习关系，互帮互助，克服难关。

学习护理单有理论是不行的，还要有良好的护理技术。

所以在上实践课的时候我都会争取机会多操作几次，加上卫校本来就少学生可给学生用的空间可不少。

所以我可以再趁放学时间多练习一下。

在卫校的第三年是我们到医院实习的时间，基本上一年都是呆在医院里学习。

再这里我熟练我的护理操作技术，把理论和实践结合在一起，在带教老师的指导下用我全副的耐心和爱心护理病人，使病人得到良好的照顾，早日康复。

到医院实习认识到许多也是学习护理的同学，也就增加了与其他同学交流和向其学习的机会，锻炼了自己的交际能力，学到别人的长处，认清自己的短处。

A。口试老师。
一般面试的老师都是该系外语比较牛的老师，象武大这样的重点大学，每个院系都有很多老师送去国外的大学当一到2年的交流学者，所以有不少老师外语都相当好，就算他们语音语调不好，至少也有非常强的用地道的英语来表达思想的能力，而且，听力都相当好，所以他能百分百分辨出你的口语能力如何。我们系去年面试的是2个从哈佛回来的年轻老师，一个西装革履正坐着，一个抽着烟翘二郎腿的半躺在我们面前提问。一个是标准的美国口语，一个稍微差一点，不过提的问题很雕琢。

B。口试过程。
一般是必须要准备的，自己写好背好，大概500字左右，说2到3分钟。准备好的东西会说的很流利，这样能给他一个好的印象。一般包括这样的内容：名字，原来毕业院校，你平时的爱好兴趣等，现在所报考的专业，你为什么报考该专业，你对该专业怎样的感兴趣，
对当前该业发展的简短评价，以及你准备以怎样的态度去研究该专业等等。考试常常会包括其他一些内容，当然是专业方面的，如果你对专业词汇并不熟悉，那么你的自我介绍就最好准备充分一点，会占去一些时间，他就没时间问你别的问题了：p，而且一下子说了一大串流利标准的英文，他当然给你高分。

除了自我介绍，他们一般会考专业问题。
形式不同，一些老师是直接问一些问题，如果他刚好研究你那个方向，你就惨烈一点点了，因为他对自己不太了解的本系专业，不会问太多，如果与你同行，那就问的更专业一点，

C：要注意的问题。
千万要准备，不要盲目就上场，主要是准备自我介绍，对本专业找一点概述性的段落
背一背，这样当他问到涉及该问题的时候，你就可以把准备好的用上。千万不要对老师一个劲的提问，我听说一个女生，她口语还不错，可是把口试现场当成了学术讨论会，不断和老师争执和提问，或许让老师很没有面子吧，听说某些老师对她有些须意见。总之外语很牛的人，尤其是自认为很牛的人，不要在考场上炫耀，要知道考官见过的牛人多了。一句一句说完自己的观点，稍微发挥一点就好了。
