大学好，我叫刘明杨，20xx年毕业于辽宁财政高等专科学校企业管理专业。同年就职于一家仅有四人、销售额不足1000万元的外贸公司，并一直工作至今。

20xx年7月毕业后，我选择了一家小型外贸公司。基于两个原因：一是中国刚刚加入WTO，外贸必然有大发展；二是小公司里可以接触到外贸全过程，能迅速提高自身的业务素质。从对外贸一无所知到精通各个操作环节，我付出了巨大努力，白天上班请教，晚上自学研究。在完成工作目标的同时，有意识的对业务流程、单证进行规范，自编了外贸制单系统，使制单效率提高了75%，同时保证了单据的准确性。在过去的六年中，先后协助公司建立国际业务部与国际市场开发部并担任主管，建立健全部门规章。我负责的国际市场开发部在过去的3年中创造了近亿元的销售业绩，为公司创造利润2000多万元。目前我所服务的公司已经成为当地水产龙头企业，员工近千人，年产值超过亿元大关。

我认为我具有以下的几个优点

1. 思维活跃，悟性较强。----- 耻于安于现状、能够迅速识别利用机会，并迅速的付之行动。

2. 淳朴诚信，务实上进。----- 父母影响、贫苦经历。

个人缺点

1． 行慢于言，相对保守。
