Now I know this is true because that was my first drawing and after five days of applying these principles that was what I was able to do. And I looked at this and I went wow, so thats how I look like when Im concentrating so intensely that my brain is exploding. So, anybody can learn to draw in five days and in the same way, with the same logic, anybody can learn a second language in six months.

Skiing to me is freedom, and so is my education, its about being creative; doing things differently, its about community and helping each other. Its about being happy and healthy among my very best friends.

So Im starting to think, I know what I might want to do when I grow up, but if you ask me what do I want to be when I grow up? Ill always know that I want to be happy. Thank you.

首先要有一种强烈的表达欲望。没有欲望就没有激情,那也许会变成催眠曲了。然后演讲者的任务，要让听者有所知、有所信、有所悟、有所动。要让听者相信你的观点，别只是在讲述，只是在说啥重要啥重要，需要居高临下，具煽动性。

然后要讲自己的话。演讲者不是演员，不能在台上表演，表演就意味着虚假，虚假的东西让人如何信服?演讲者的这个演字是推理，推演的意思。对时间的把握、说话的节奏等都要进行逻辑的推理。做到口语化，文绉绉的语言虽然精美，但现在是在说话。

最后她说到演讲者是一个负责任的人。即是说演讲者须在演讲之前做好充分的准备，资料的选取和反复的练习。

就像老师说的，一些很细微的动作，神态常常至关重要，往往在演讲者的前三句话就已经成型了。一场激情的演讲下来，甭说就一个字，强!她讲的故事的中，关于恺撒遇刺的故事大有翻云覆雨之感，恺撒的朋友用他高超的演讲技巧，使得群众从漫骂恺撒和以刺客为英雄的情境来个180度大逆转，那是何等的能力?
