未来的五年，将是我市全面贯彻党的十六大精神，努力实践“三个代表”重要思想的五年，是全面落实市第九次党代会及本次会议提出的战略部署的五年，是继续推进“三化”进程，大力实施结构调整、开放带动、经营城镇、科教兴市和可持续发展战略的五年，是努力实现全市经济社会跨越式发展，全面推进小康社会建设的关键性五年。在这五年里，有三大历史任务需要我们去完成。我想，和全市人民及在座的各位一道，共同奋斗，努力把资市的事情、把属于本届政府的事情办好，就是我的职责、义务和使命之所在。
